horseradish - fresh-

sugar granulated1tsp1teaspoon
unsalted butter2tbsp2tablespoon
vinegar1tsp1teaspoon
whipping cream (30-33% fat)1.1cup250milliliters
whole milk 3.5%1.05quart1litre

 

Recipe

1. 

unsalted butter 2 tbsp

Melt the butter in a pot ...

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.5 tbsp

... and add flour. Fry briefly ...

3. 

whole milk 3.5% 1.05 quart (1000 ml)

... and pour the milk. Stir and cook until thickened.

4. 

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 1.1 cup (250 ml)  salt 1.5 tsp  sugar granulated 1 tsp  vinegar 1 tsp  horseradish - fresh

Add cream, salt, a little sugar, vinegar and horseradish. Horseradish can be used fresh or pickled.
