1. 

unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)  plum jam 2.75 oz (80 g)

Melt the butter in a pot and add the plum jam. Fry, stir constant and let melt a little.

water 2.1 cup (500 ml)  salt 1 tsp  sugar granulated 1 tbsp  ground cinnamon 1 tsp  lemon-juice 2 tbsp (30 ml)

Add water, salt, sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and let boil.

3. 

sweet cream for cooking 1.1 cup (250 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 2.5 oz (70 g)

Add cream with mixed flour to the plum jam. Cook until thickened. If the sauce is too thick, add a little more cream.

4. 

Remove the sauce from the cooker and strain it.

5. 

dried plums 2.75 oz (80 g)  salt

Chop the prunes finely and add them into the hot sauce. Stir, salt if you like.

6. Sauce, smoked meat, potato dumplings

As a side dish to the sauce and meat, serve various types of dumplings.
