Fried zucchini delicacy is tasty vegetarian meal for non-vegetarians too.

1. 

zucchini 1.3 lb (600 g)

Wash three smaller zucchini and cut each into three parts in length (1.5 cm thick). Salt and let stand.

2. 

white yogurt 10.5 oz (300 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  all-purpose flour / plain flour 4.25 oz (120 g)  salt 0.5 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp

Mix the ingredients into a dough.

3. 

Best in an elongate bowl.

4. 

Wipe the zucchini with a kitchen paper napkin.

5. 

Coat the zuchcini in dough.

6. 

Fry in a pan with hot oil on both sides for about 2 minutes. Or use a fryer in which the oil is heated to 645°F (340°C) F (340°F (170°C) C) and the zucchini immersed in it is fried for 3 minutes.

7. 

Let the fried zucchini drip from the excess oil.

8. 

Or put them from the pan on a paper kitchen napkin that soaks up excess oil.

9. 

Serve with potatoes and tartar sauce.
