zucchini 1.3 lb (600 g)
Wash three smaller zucchini and cut each into three parts in length (1.5 cm thick). Salt and let stand.
Mix the ingredients into a dough.
Best in an elongate bowl.
Wipe the zucchini with a kitchen paper napkin.
Coat the zuchcini in dough.
Fry in a pan with hot oil on both sides for about 2 minutes. Or use a fryer in which the oil is heated to 645°F (340°C) F (340°F (170°C) C) and the zucchini immersed in it is fried for 3 minutes.
Let the fried zucchini drip from the excess oil.
Or put them from the pan on a paper kitchen napkin that soaks up excess oil.
Serve with potatoes and tartar sauce.
