Recipe
1. Defrosting of spinach
frozen spinach 15.75 oz (450 g) • salt 1 tsp
Put frozen spinach into the saucepan, add salt and slowly heat until defrosted.
2. Thickening and seasoning
corn starch 1 tsp • chicken egg 1 pc • garlic • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)
Stir corn starch and egg in milk. Pour the mixture into the spinach and cook. Season with garlic eventually with salt.
