Traditional granny's lettuce soup.

|semi skimmed milk 1,5%||2.1||cup||500||milliliters|
|sour cream (fat 14-18%)||¾||cup||200||milliliters|
|sweet cream for cooking||¾||cup||200||milliliters|
Cook in oil finely chopped onion, add flour, pour over with water, milk and cook while stirring frequently. Cook and stir until the flour is cooked thoroughly. Season with salt to our taste. Meantime cook hard-boiled eggs.
Peel potatoes, cut into small cubes and put them in the milk base, continue stirring the soup when cooking potatoes. When the potatoes are done, add cream (use only one type).
lettuce salad 12.25 oz (350 g)
At the end put in the soup washed and cut lettuce, gently stir, bring to the boil and set it aside.
We can add more vinegar to our taste if we like sour soup.Serve it warm, rather warmish then hot, with a hard-boiled egg.
