1. 

sunflower oil 2 tbsp  onion 2.75 oz (80 g)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 2 tbsp  water 1.3 cup (300 ml)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 2.1 cup (500 ml)  salt  chicken egg 4 pcs

Cook in oil finely chopped onion, add flour, pour over with water, milk and cook while stirring frequently. Cook and stir until the flour is cooked thoroughly. Season with salt to our taste. Meantime cook hard-boiled eggs.

potatoes 8.75 oz (250 g)  sweet cream for cooking ¾ cup (200 ml)  sour cream (fat 14-18%) ¾ cup (200 ml)

Peel potatoes, cut into small cubes and put them in the milk base, continue stirring the soup when cooking potatoes. When the potatoes are done, add cream (use only one type).

3. 

lettuce salad 12.25 oz (350 g)

At the end put in the soup washed and cut lettuce, gently stir, bring to the boil and set it aside.

4. 

vinegar

We can add more vinegar to our taste if we like sour soup.Serve it warm, rather warmish then hot, with a hard-boiled egg.
