Recipe

1. Potatoes

potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g)  water 2.1 quart (2000 ml)  salt 1 tsp

Clean, wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Put them in water, add salt, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.

2. Aparagus

white asparagus 1.1 lb (500 g)

Gently peel the asparagus with a knife, wash and cut into about 1-2 cm pieces.

3. 

Add the asparagus to the potatoes and cook for another 10-15 minutes.

4. 

sweet cream for cooking 2.1 cup (500 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 4 tbsp

Mix the flour in the sweet cream, pour it to the cooked asparagus and potatoes and overcook.

5. 

salt  ground nutmeg 0.25 tsp  basil 1 tbsp

Salt, add a pinch of nutmeg and chopped basil.
