| sugar cane | 1 | tbsp | 1 | tablespoon | |
| white cane rum | 6.75 | tbsp | 1 | decilitre |

strawberries 1.1 lb (500 g) • sugar cane 1 tbsp • white cane rum 6.75 tbsp (100 ml) • lime sauce 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)
Put the above mentioned ingredients and crushed ice in a mixing bowl.

Mix everything together and serve with a straw, decorated with a piece of strawberry in tall glasses.
