1. 

pasta - Spaghetti 7 oz (200 g)  water 1.6 quart (1500 ml)  salt 0.5 tsp

Cook spaghetti (as directed) in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes.

2. 

smoked pork belly 2.75 oz (80 g)

Cut the bacon into thin strips and fry it on the pan.

3. 

Pecorino cheese 2 oz (60 g)

Add cooked spaghetti and finely grated cheese into pan with bacon and mix together.

4. 

chicken egg 2 pcs

Remove pan from heat and pour the eggs.

5. 

parsley leaves  Pecorino cheese 0.75 oz (20 g)

Serve sprinkled with a bit of parsley and the rest of cheese.
