Gnocchi with Pecorino cheese

Potato „gnocchi“ with a cheese sauce and cream. You can buy gnocchi and cook them in a few minutes in a water, or prepare home-made following our recipe which can be found on this page.

potato gnocchi 8.75 oz (250 g)  Pecorino cheese 2.75 oz (80 g)  cream (fat 10-12%) 200 ml  parsley leaves

Coarsely grate the Pecorino cheese and melt it on a pan. Add cream and stir until saude is created. At the end, add boiled gnocchi and wrap them in cheese sauce.
