Heat the oven to 835°F (445°C) F (445°F (230°C) C). Pour milk into a deep plate and dip the fish in it.
Mix the breadcrumbs with finely grated cheese, dried basil and salt in shallow plate. Coat the fish in this mixture. Press the fish in the breadcrums.
Spread small baking sheet with oil, place the fish on it and bake for about 15 minutes until crispy.
