Recipe
1. Preparation of coating batter
flour medium 2.75 oz (80 g) • chicken egg 2 pcs • semi skimmed milk 1,5% 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)
Prepare coating batter by mixing flour, eggs and milk. If the batter is too thin, add more flour. If it is thicker, add more milk. The batter must have just perfect density.

salt 1 tsp • garlic 2 cloves • basil 6 leaves
Add to the coating batter salt, pressed garlic and basil.
4. Frying
olive oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)
Season with salt each zucchini round, coat it in batter, fry in a pan in olive oil from both sides.
