1. Preparation of coating batter
Prepare coating batter by mixing flour, eggs and milk. If the batter is too thin, add more flour. If it is thicker, add more milk. The batter must have just perfect density.
2. Preparation of zucchini
zucchini 1.8 lb (800 g)
Wash zucchini, peel it, cut into rounds.
Add to the coating batter salt, pressed garlic and basil.
olive oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)
Season with salt each zucchini round, coat it in batter, fry in a pan in olive oil from both sides.
