fish fillets 14 oz (400 g)  salt

Let the frozen fillets melt, dry and salt.

2. 

chicken egg 2 pcs  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 5 tbsp (75 ml)  all-purpose flour / plain flour 3.5 oz (100 g)  salt 0.5 tsp  garlic 2 cloves  parsley leaves 1 tbsp

Mix eggs, milk, flour, salt, cleaned and crushed garlic and chopped parsley.

3. 

rapeseed oil

Heat the oil in a pan, soak the fillet in the mixture and put it in oil.

4. 

Fry from each side for about 6-8 minutes on low heat.
