frozen pangasius14oz400grams
ground black pepper0.5tsp½teaspoon
oat flakes3.5oz100grams
onion3.5oz100grams
salt2tsp2teaspoon
sunflower oil3.25tbsp50milliliters
whole Mustard1tbsp1tablespoon

 

Recipe

1. 

crab sticks 1.1 lb (500 g)

Let the crab sticks thaw and cut them into small pieces. Put them in a deeper bowl.

2. 

frozen pangasius 14 oz (400 g)

Let the pangasius thaw and add finely chopped to the surimi sticks.

3. 

onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  carrots 3.5 oz (100 g)  chicken egg 2 pcs  salt 2 tsp  whole Mustard 1 tbsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  oat flakes 3.5 oz (100 g)

Clean and cut the onion. Clean the carrots and grate roughly. Add vegetables to the fish base and mix well with the eggs, salt, mustard, spices and oat flakes.

4. 

Let the mixture rest for a while and make balls.

5. 

sunflower oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)

Flatten the balls with your hands and fry in a covered pan on a little oil for 15 minutes.

6. 

Turn the balls and fry in uncovered pan on the other side for about 10-15 minutes.
