Recipe

1. 

frozen pangasius 1.5 lb (700 g)  puff pastry 14 oz (400 g)

Let the frozen pangasius fish thaw. Roll the puff pastry on a floured board.

2. 

dried cranberries 7 oz (200 g)  semi hard cheese 5.25 oz (150 g)

Divide the puff pastry into 9 larger squares. Wash and dry the fish. Cut it into 9 parts. Rinse the dried cranberries with cold water and let drain. Grate the cheese coarsely.

3.

Put fish on each square of dough, salt, add portion of cranberries and cheese.

Create packages that you put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread each part thoroughly with a beaten egg.

Bake in a preheated oven on a medium degree for about 35 minutes.

Serve it as a main course with potato salad,mashed potatoes or as a fish appetizer without side dishes.
