Cut off the ends of thicker smaller baguette. Carefully hollow out the center. Hard boil the egg, cool and peel it.
2. Filling for 16cm long baguette piece
In a bowl mix butter with the cheese.
ham 1.75 oz (50 g)
Finely chop the ham and blend into the cheese with butter. Stir in the egg chopped into the pieces (the best pressed through the wheel used for the prep of potato salad).
blue cheese 1.5 oz (40 g)
Finally stir in roughly grated cheese.
Fill the baguette with the filling and wrap into the aluminium foil. Place in a fridge overnight.
Before serving cut into the 8-10 cm wheels.
