pasta - Fusilli (spiral) 14 oz (400 g)  mushrooms 10.5 oz (300 g)  salt  water

Cook the pasta in a pot with boiling salt water for about 5 minutes. Then drain and put in the lower container of the steam pot, cook in steam for 10 minutes. Clean the mushrooms, cut into thin slices, which you put in the second steam container. After ten minutes, add them to the pasta and cook together for another 10 minutes. Mushrooms eliminate harmful toxins during the steaming process and they keep the body's beneficial vitamins and minerals.
