Gradually remove the soft centre from the sliced sandwich bread, put it in a bowl and crumble it.
Mix butter with mustard, add cheese, salt and ground black pepper.

Wash pepper, remove the seeds and cut it into small cubes.
sterilized sour cucumber 3.5 oz (100 g)
smoked pork ham 7 oz (200 g)
...and ham cut into cubes, too.
Mix pepper, cucumber and ham with the soft centre of the sandwich bread.
sour cream (fat 14-18%) 1.75 oz (50 g)
Mix in prepared cheese and sour cream.
mozzarella cheese 4.5 oz (125 g)
Cut mozzarella into small pieces.
Cut off the edges of eggs and chop them.
Mix chopped mozzarella and egg parts with the filling.
Place bread crusts on top of each other, put filling in, press it to the edges and create a hole in the centre.
Place egg in the hole.
Cover the stuffed sandwich bread with aluminium foil and place it in the cold place for 24 hours. Cut before serving according the slices.

Lay tomatoes on the sandwiches and pour them over with tartar sauce.
