Recipe

1. 

sweet chestnuts 14 oz (400 g)

Wash the chestnuts thoroughly and dry in a paper towel.

2. 

Cut each chestnut through the peel on the round side to a depth of 1-2 mm.

3. 

water 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)  salt 1 pinch

Put the chestnuts in a baking dish with the cutted part up. Add a little water and salt.

4. 

Bake for 35 minutes at 220 °C.
