Recipe

1. 

sage leaf  garlic 4 cloves  pecan nuts 1 oz (30 g)

Mix sage leaves, garlic and pecan nuts to a slightly loose mixture.

2. 

olive oil 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)  salt  ground white pepper

Add oil and season with salt and pepper.

3. 

Grana Padano cheese 1 oz (30 g)

If the taste is too bitter for you, add and mix a little grana padano or parmesan cheese in the pesto.
