Recipe for a very simple preparation of the pattypan squash.

pattypan squash 1.8 lb (800 g)
Peel away the rind of the pattypan squash and use a spoon to scrape out the seeds. Cut it into 1 cm thick slices.
sunflower oil • salt • ground black pepper
Season with ground black pepper and salt. Cook in oil until golden.
