semi hard cheese7oz200grams
smoked pork ham8.75oz250grams
sterilized sour cucumber4pcs4pieces
tomatoes1pc1piece
unsalted butter3tbsp3tablespoon
whole Mustard1tbsp1tablespoon

 

Recipe

1. 

unsalted butter 3 tbsp  whole Mustard 1 tbsp

Mix butter with mustard.

2. 

chicken egg 3 pcs  tomatoes 1 pc  paprika 1 pc

Boil the eggs hard, cool, peel and cut into thin wheels. Wash tomato and cut it into thin parts. Wash the pepper, clean it and cut it into thin wheels, which you cut into quarters

3. 

medium-hard cheese smoked 5.25 oz (150 g)  sterilized sour cucumber 4 pcs

Cut the smoked cheese into smaller pieces. Cut the cucumbers into thin slices and cut each slice in half - in shape of fan.

4. 

semi hard cheese 7 oz (200 g)

Grate the cheese.

5. 

smoked pork ham 8.75 oz (250 g)

Cut the sliced ham in half as needed.

6. 

sandwich bread 1 pc

Spread the sliced sandwich (French bread) on a large tray and spread each slice with a butter-mustard spread.

7. 

Put a slice of ham, tomato, cucumber, pepper and a wheel of egg on the spread.

8. 

parsley leaves

Sprinkle with grated cheese and garnish with parsley.

9. 

You can serve.
