Meatballs from red cabbage

    

Great cabbage koftas inspired in Indian cuisine. Serve with vegetable side dish, rice or bread.

all-purpose flour / plain flour5.25oz150grams

rapeseed oil-
red cabbage1.8lb800grams

1. 

red cabbage 1.8 lb (800 g)

Wash the cabbage and grate it finely. Sprinkle with salt and let it rest for 30 minutes.

2. 

Squeeze the cabbage well and drain the water.

3. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 5.25 oz (150 g)  ground caraway 0.5 tsp

Add flour to the cabbage and add caraway. Mix well.

4. 

Create smaller balls from the mixture.

5. 

rapeseed oil

Fry them in hot oil for 6-8 minutes, turn them occasionally over.

6. 

Remove the fried meatballs from oil and place them on a paper serviette.
