Very tasty spring pancakes from new potatoes and great ramsons.

1. 

new potatoes  salt 1.5 tsp

Peel the potatoes and grate them coarsely. Add salt, mix and let to rest for 10 minutes.

2. 

ramsons 3.5 oz (100 g)

Wash the ramsons and chop finely.

3. 

chicken egg 4 pcs  marjoram 2 tsp

Pour the water from the potatoes into a bowl. Let the starch settle, pour the water from the bowl and return the starch to the potatoes. Mix the potatoes with an immersion mixer. Add eggs, marjoram ...

... and chopped ramsons. Stir.

5. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 3.5 oz (100 g)  semolina 1 oz (25 g)

Add flour, mix and let rest for a while.

Heat the oil in a pan and create pancakes from the mixture, fry from one ...

7. 

...and other side.

8. 

Put the pancakes on a paper kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
