1. Broccoli preparation
Spread the broccoli into the florets, salt and prepare in steam until almost soft.
2. Coating of broccoli
Dip individual broccoli florets on widest part into the flour, next into the beaten egg and then into the breadcrumbs.
Fry the broccoli in hot oil, shortly, and just part coated with three-wrappping.
Serve with potatoes, light tartar sauce or yoghurt dresssing.
