Recipe

1. 

mushrooms 1.1 lb (500 g)  all-purpose flour / plain flour  chicken egg 2 pcs  salt 0.25 tsp  breadcrumbs

Trim the mushrooms. Wrap them in fine flour, beaten egg with salt and in breadcrumbs.

Place coated mushrooms into the hot oil...

...and fry on all sides until golden. After frying remove them on paper kitchen towel to remove excessive oil.

4. 

potatoes 1.3 lb (600 g)  water  salt

Peel the potatoes and cook in salty water.
