1. Preparation of marinade

olive oil 5 tbsp (75 ml)  semi-sweet white wine 5 tbsp (75 ml)  salt 0.5 tbsp  ground black pepper  tabasco  garlic 1 clove  rosemary 0.5 tbsp

Pour oil with white wine in the pot, add salt, pinch of black pepper, 3-5 drops of tabasco and crushed garlic. Add dried rosemary (fresh is the best), let it boil and cool.

Preparation of marinade

Put the sliced meat in marinade, stir and leave it for 30 min.

3. Frying meat

olive oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)  spring onion 1 pc  garlic 1 clove  salt

Heat the oil and fry the meat. Add remaining marinade, onion, crushed garlic, salt and fry again.

rocket 5.25 oz (150 g)  tortilla 4 pcs

Serve marinated meat on a rukola wrapped in a warm tortilla.
