celery 1.5 lb (700 g)
Peel the celery and grate it.
Emmental cheese 7 oz (200 g)
Grate the cheese roughly.
breadcrumbs 1.75 oz (50 g)
Add cheese and breadcrumbs to celery.
Chop parsley (amount as you like).
Add it to the dough, stir...
...and create balls from the dough.
rapeseed oil 1 tbsp
Place the balls on a baking sheet with baking paper (greased with oil) and shape into pancakes. Put the baking sheet in a preheated oven and bake at about 390°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.
Using a foodturner, carefully turn the pancakes over. The cheese that has melted makes them brittle. Bake on the other side for 15-20 minutes. Remove the baked pancakes, let them cool on the baking sheet.
Serve as a main course, for example with mashed potatoes, baked beetroot, or with some vegetable salad.
