1. Cooking broccoli
Chop broccoli into florets and steam it until tender. Lightly season with salt.
2. Preparing the roux and béchamel
Prepare a light roux by adding flour to the heated butter. Gradually pour cold milk and cook thick bechamel. Season with ground white pepper. Leave to cool. 2. Put the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in a hot oven for 25 min. at 355°F (180°C) until golden.
