semi hard cheese5.25oz150grams
semi skimmed milk 1,5%1.1cup250milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

oyster mushroom 1.1 lb (500 g)

Wash oyster mushroom ...

... and separate into individual caps.

3. 

all-purpose flour / plain flour 12.25 oz (350 g)  salt 0.5 tsp  semi hard cheese 5.25 oz (150 g)  chicken egg 3 pcs  light beer 10 tbsp (150 ml)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 1.1 cup (250 ml)

Prepare semi-runny batter from flour, salt, cheese, eggs, beer and milk.

Heat oil in pan. Dip every oyster mushroom cap in batter ...

... and fry in oil until golden (fry for about 3-3,5 minutes on each side).

6. 

Place fried oyster mushrooms into dish with paper towel at the bottom to soak up the excess fat.
