Vegetables bread pudding

Serve warm vegetables bread pudding as a main course with fresh tomato or cucumber salad. You can also serve it cold as a salty vegetables pie. It is also suitable as a side dish to fried or baked meat.

Recipe

1. Rolls

white roll 8.75 oz (250 g)

Cut the rolls in half and then into cubes. Older ones are suitable - two-day-old rolls, which are lightly dry.

2. Vegetables

onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  zucchini 10.5 oz (300 g)  broccoli 8.75 oz (250 g)  carrots 8.75 oz (250 g)

Clean and cut the onion. Cut the zucchini into smaller cubes, cut the broccoli into small pieces. Clean the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Ýou can add other types of vegetable according to taste, depending on which vegetables you like.

Mix vegetables well with rolls.

sunflower oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 2.1 cup (500 ml)  chicken egg 3 pcs  salt 2 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  garlic 2 cloves

Spread baking dish with oil and place the rolls with vegetables in it. Mix eggs, salt, spices and crushed garlic in milk. Pour the mixture over the rolls and press the contents down by hand. Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes at a higher temperature.

5. 

semi hard cheese 5.25 oz (150 g)

Grate the cheese and sprinkle the surface. Bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
