Recipe

1. Rolls

white roll 8.75 oz (250 g)

Cut the rolls in half and then into cubes. Older ones are suitable - two-day-old rolls, which are lightly dry.

onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  zucchini 10.5 oz (300 g)  broccoli 8.75 oz (250 g)  carrots 8.75 oz (250 g)

Clean and cut the onion. Cut the zucchini into smaller cubes, cut the broccoli into small pieces. Clean the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. ├Łou can add other types of vegetable according to taste, depending on which vegetables you like.

Spread baking dish with oil and place the rolls with vegetables in it. Mix eggs, salt, spices and crushed garlic in milk. Pour the mixture over the rolls and press the contents down by hand. Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes at a higher temperature.
