rapeseed oil-

spice turmeric1tsp1teaspoon
unsalted butter1.75oz50grams

Recipe

1. 

peas 5.25 oz (150 g)  kohlrabi 7 oz (200 g)  onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  carrots 15.75 oz (450 g)  parsley 1.75 oz (50 g)

Clean and wash the vegetables...

2. 

... and except to peas, cut it into slices.

3. 

unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)

Melt the butter in a deep pan, ..

salt 1 tsp  spice turmeric 1 tsp  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  water 4 tbsp

... add vegetables, salt and spices. Pour the water, stir and simmer until soft for 15-20 minutes.

5. 

Add peas to the vegetables, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.

6. 

Put the still warm vegetables to a bowl and mash. Let it cool.

7. 

chicken egg 1 pc  breadcrumbs 3.5 oz (100 g)

Add eggs to the vegetables (you don't have to) and a little breadcrumbs as needed. Stir well and let it rest for 10 minutes.

8. 

rapeseed oil

Put baking paper on the baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Form balls from the mixture (soak your hands) and place them on a baking sheet. Roll each formed ball in your oiled palms. Bake at 735°F (390°C) F (390°F (200°C) C) for 30 minutes.
