Spinach Pancakes with Cheese Sauce

1. 

frozen spinach 1.3 lb (600 g)  garlic 2 cloves

Put frozen spinach in a pot. Add garlic and braise for a while.

chicken egg 2 pcs  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 200 ml  salt 1 ĆL

Add eggs and milk to the cold spinach. Season with salt.

3. 

flour fine 7 oz (200 g)

Gradually stir flour into the spinach. Use a hand blender and mix it.

4. Baking

rapeseed oil

Cook the first pancake in a little oil. Do not add oil anymore when cooking the second one. Cook them on both sides.

5. Preparation of cheese sauce

Emmental cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)  blue cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)  semi skimmed milk 1,5% 100 ml

In a pot, melt cheese with milk. Allow it to cool. Pour the warmish sauce on the pancakes.
