Recipe

1. Thaw and stew the spinach

frozen spinach 1.3 lb (600 g)  garlic 2 cloves

Put frozen spinach in a pot. Stew it for a while with the garlic.

chicken egg 2 pcs  semi skimmed milk 1,5% ¾ cup (200 ml)  salt 1

Add eggs and milk to the cooled spinach. Salt.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 7 oz (200 g)

Add flour step by step into the spinach. Mix with an immersion blender.

4. 

rapeseed oil

Fry the first pancake in a little oil. Dont add oil to the second pancake. Fry from both sides.

thermized spread cream thermized 7 oz (200 g)  garlic 3 cloves  pork ham 7 oz (200 g)

Prepare a garlic spread by mixing a cream spread with crushed garlic. Spread the pancake with garlic spread, place slices of ham on it and roll up.
