Spinach pancakes with ham filling
According to this recipe you can easily prepare nice salty and green pancakes. You can fill them according to your taste, for example with cheese and lettuce.

Recipe
1. Thaw and stew the spinach
frozen spinach 1.3 lb (600 g) • garlic 2 cloves
Put frozen spinach in a pot. Stew it for a while with the garlic.
