Recipe

1. Meat preparation

pork neck 1.8 lb (800 g)  salt  whole Mustard  ground red paprika  ground black pepper

Bone the pork loin and cut into the 6 chops. Pound into the thin slices. Spread it on the kitchen board, salt, brush with mustard, sprinkle with ground red paprika and black pepper.

2. Preparation of onion

onion 14 oz (400 g)

Layer the meat and prepare the onion. Peel it and chop into the half moon slices.

3. Roasting of the pork chops

sunflower oil 3.25 tbsp (50 ml)

Put a little oil in the skillet and place the meat into the hot oil. Cover with lid and saute for 4 minutes.

4. 

Uncover, turn the meat and roast from other side for 4 minutes uncovered.

5. Roast the onion

Remove the meat from the skillet and keep warm. Put onion into the skillet with meat sauce, blend and stirring occasionally saute under the lid for 4 minutes.

6.

Cut the big buns and brush the half of bun with mustard to taste.

Put warm meat on mustard layer.

8. 

Spread roasted onion over the meat. Cover with other half of sliced bun.
