pork shoulder1.8lb800grams

sunflower oil2tbsp30milliliters
water6.75tbsp100milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

sunflower oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)  onion 8.75 oz (250 g)  salt 1 tsp  ground garlic 1 tsp  ground red paprika 0.5 tsp  ground black pepper 0.25 tsp

Clean the onion, cut and stew in oil covered for 5 minutes. Add pepper, salt and mix.

pork shoulder 1.8 lb (800 g)  water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Wash the meat and cut it into slices or small cubes. Add to the onion, add water and simmer covered for 30 minutes.

3. 

apples 8.75 oz (250 g)  dried plums 1.75 oz (50 g)

Clean the apples, remove the cores and cut them into slices. Wash the plums and cut them into small pieces. Add the fruit to the meat and simmer everything together, covered, for 30 minutes.

4. 

Serve with rice poured with sweet and sour juice from stewed meat.
