1. 

onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  parsley 3.5 oz (100 g)  carrots 8.75 oz (250 g)  sunflower oil 2 tbsp (30 ml)

Peel the vegetable, wash and cut into the bigger pieces. Sauté in oil for 10 minutes.

pork shoulder 1.1 lb (500 g)  salt 1 tsp  ground red paprika 0.5 tsp  ground black pepper  bay leaf 2 pcs

Wash the meat, cut into the cubes and add to the vegetable. Add salt, paprika, black pepper and bay leaf. For a while blend the meat with vegetable,...

water 2.1 cup (500 ml)  sugar granulated 1 tsp  vinegar 2 tbsp

... then pour in a water, add sugar and vinegar. Steam under the lid until the meat has softened.

Separate steamed meat from the vegetable. With hand blender mix the vegetable.

Place meat back to the sauce, bring to the boil...

sweet cream for cooking ¾ cup (200 ml)

... pour in a single cream and recook.
