1. Filling for the roll

sunflower oil 4 tbsp  onion 5.25 oz (150 g)  minced pork meat 12.25 oz (350 g)  salt 1 tsp  ground black pepper 0.25 tsp  water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in oil. Add minced meat, salt, black pepper and water. Steam under the lid for 15 minutes.

Filling for the roll

frozen vegetables (carrots, peas, corn) 12.25 oz (350 g)

Pour in the frozen vegetable mixture and steam all together for further 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool.

3. Roll preparation

puff pastry 1.1 lb (500 g)  chicken egg 3 pcs  semi hard cheese 3.5 oz (100 g)

Roll out the puff pastry, replace on the tray the way that the dough will be hanged over the longer edges. Cut the dough along the center on the tray. With the fork whisk the eggs in a cap, add into the mixture but leave a little for brushing before baking. Add grated cheese and blend it.

Evenly spread the mixture over the dough.

Fold hanging dough over the spread mixture, properly press down the edges. Brush with the rest of beaten egg. Sprinkle with caraway, pierce the rolls at several places.

Bake in preheated oven at higher heat for 20-25 minutes.
