Serve warm with creamy spinach and boiled potatoes. It is tasty also cold as a salty pastry.

1. Filling for the roll
Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in oil. Add minced meat, salt, black pepper and water. Steam under the lid for 15 minutes.

Pour in the frozen vegetable mixture and steam all together for further 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
3. Roll preparation
Roll out the puff pastry, replace on the tray the way that the dough will be hanged over the longer edges. Cut the dough along the center on the tray. With the fork whisk the eggs in a cap, add into the mixture but leave a little for brushing before baking. Add grated cheese and blend it.
Evenly spread the mixture over the dough.
Fold hanging dough over the spread mixture, properly press down the edges. Brush with the rest of beaten egg. Sprinkle with caraway, pierce the rolls at several places.
Bake in preheated oven at higher heat for 20-25 minutes.
