egg yolk 4 pcs • sugar granulated 5.25 oz (150 g) • vanilla sugar 0.25 oz (8 g) • sweetened condensed milk 1.3 cup (300 ml) • whipping cream (30-33% fat) 1.1 cup (250 ml) • rum ¾ cup (200 ml)
