Roll out two puff pastries and gradually bake both on a large baking sheet. Before baking, prick each dough with a fork and sprinkle with sugar.
Peel the apples, grate them coarsely, put in a pot and add sugar. Add cinnamon.

Cover the dough with a second baked dough. Let solidify in cold for at least 2-4 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar and cut.
