Chicken fried steaks upside down
Very soft chicken steaks. Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetable.

Recipe

chicken breasts 1.8 lb (800 g)
Wash the chicken breast, cut in half. Use the flat side of the meat to cut in to thin pieces.

salt • breadcrumbs • chicken egg 3 pcs • all-purpose flour / plain flour
Salt the steak and dip them into the breadcrumb, then into the beaten eggs.

Dip it into the flour right away. Fry both sides in hot oil.

Remove the steaks from the pan and put on their edges into the fusion bowl one next to another.

water ¾ cup (200 ml)
Pour the gravy and a bit of water on the steaks in the fuser bowl. Close it and bake in the heaten oven for 30minutes.
