Roasted Onion Potatoes

    

Recipe for very tasty and rich roasted potatoes with onion.

1. 

potatoes 1.8 lb (800 g)

Peel potatoes and cut them into slices.

2. 

salt 0.5 tsp

Put potatoes in salted water, bring to boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Let them drain in a strainer.

3. 

onion 7 oz (200 g)  sunflower oil 3 tbsp

Cut onion into semi-circle slices and cook them slowly in a pan with oil.

4. 

When onion starts to become a little glassy, add potatoes and roast it covered.

5. 

salt  crushed cumin  ground white pepper

Stir occasionally and roast until potatoes get the right color. Season with salt, crushed cumin and ground white pepper.
