No-bake Curd Cheese Cake

     

Easy and quick recipe for refreshing fruit cake with sponge biscuits, curd cheese and sour cream. In hot summer days,it is not just a sight for sore eyes but also for our bodies.

biscuits 5.25 oz (150 g)  long biscuits (ladyfingers) 5.25 oz (150 g)

Take round dismountable cake form and line it with sponge biscuits.

2. 

water 1 dl  Agar ¼ oz (10 g)  lemon peel 1 tsp  lemon-juice ½ dl  soft curd 1.1 lb (500 g)  sour cream (fat 14-18%) 1.1 lb (500 g)  sugar granulated 4 tbsp

In the pot, bring to the boil agar in a little water. Add sugar, lemon zest and juice, curd cheese, sour cream, and heat it for a while.

Add fruit and gently stir.

Carefully pour the warm cream evenly into the baking form lined with the sponge biscuits and pour the remaining fruit on top. Allow it to cool for a while and then place it into the refrigerator. It is very refreshing in summer.
