1. Preparation of potatoes and onion
Peel the potatoes and cut them into rounds. Peel the onion, chop it finely and cook it in the oil.
2. Braise the potatoes
Add to the onion prepared potatoes, salt, ground red pepper and pour over approx. 1 dl of water. Braise covered approx. 25 minutes and stir frequently. Pour more water when necessary. But be careful that the potatoes do not burn.
