potatoes 1.8 lb (800 g)
Brush potatoes, cut into a smaller cubes and put into the salty water to cook. Cook until soft approx. 15-20 minutes.
2. Preparation of onion
Peel onion and chop it coarsely. Cook it and braise in olive oil, at the end add butter and salt.
Gently stir potatoes and onion.
