1. Cooking potatoes
potatoes 1.8 lb (800 g)
Brush potatoes, cut into a smaller cubes and put into the salty water to cook. Cook until soft approx. 15-20 minutes.
2. Preparation of onion
onion 14 oz (400 g) • olive oil 1.25 tbsp (20 ml) • unsalted butter 1.75 oz (50 g)
Peel onion and chop it coarsely. Cook it and braise in olive oil, at the end add butter and salt.
3. Stirring
Gently stir potatoes and onion.
