onion 1.5 oz (40 g) • olive oil 1 tbsp • pork thigh 3.5 oz (100 g) • ground red paprika 0.25 tsp • ground caraway 0.25 tsp • water 2.1 cup (500 ml)
Clean the onion, cut and fry in oil for a while. Add washed, sliced meat, then pepper and caraway, water. Cook the meat under the cover until soft (about 30 minutes).
