Recipe

1. 

onion 1.5 oz (40 g)  olive oil 1 tbsp  pork thigh 3.5 oz (100 g)  ground red paprika 0.25 tsp  ground caraway 0.25 tsp  water 2.1 cup (500 ml)

Clean the onion, cut and fry in oil for a while. Add washed, sliced meat, then pepper and caraway, water. Cook the meat under the cover until soft (about 30 minutes).

2. 

sauerkraut- finely chopped cabbage (fermented) 5.25 oz (150 g)

Wash the cabbage under running water, let it drip and cut finely. Add to the meat and cook together for another 15 minutes.
