oyster sauce2tbsp2tablespoon
salt0.25tsp¼teaspoon
seitan1.1lb500grams
soy sauce2tbsp2tablespoon
sterilized sour cucumber1.75oz50grams
water6.75tbsp100milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

onion 3.5 oz (100 g)  garlic 2 cloves  ginger-root 1 oz (30 g)  oil for frying 2 tbsp

Fry finely chopped ginger, onion and garlic in oil.

2. 

seitan 1.1 lb (500 g)

Cut seitan into french fries and add to the pan.

3. 

ground black pepper 0.25 tsp  salt 0.25 tsp  soy sauce 2 tbsp  oyster sauce 2 tbsp

Season with spices, salt and sauces.

4. 

green peas frozen 7 oz (200 g)  water 6.75 tbsp (100 ml)

Add frozen peas, a little water and simmer for about 20 minutes.

5. 

sterilized sour cucumber 1.75 oz (50 g)

Add finely chopped cucumber and let it warm up for a minute.
