Grate and salt. Let rest for 20 minutes. Add cleaned and grated garlic.

chicken egg 3 pcs • all-purpose flour / plain flour 2.75 oz (80 g) • ground black pepper 0.5 tsp • breadcrumbs
Add eggs, flour and milk to the eggplant. Season and salt as needed. Mix everything wel. Finally, add the breadcrumbs, first 2-3 tablespoons and let rest. As the dough thickens, add more as needed.
