Recipe

1. 

eggplant 10.5 oz (300 g)

Wash the eggplant and peel it.

2. 

salt 0.5 tsp  garlic 1 clove

Grate and salt. Let rest for 20 minutes. Add cleaned and grated garlic.

3. 

chicken egg 3 pcs  all-purpose flour / plain flour 2.75 oz (80 g)  ground black pepper 0.5 tsp  breadcrumbs

Add eggs, flour and milk to the eggplant. Season and salt as needed. Mix everything wel. Finally, add the breadcrumbs, first 2-3 tablespoons and let rest. As the dough thickens, add more as needed.

Create pancakes from the dough and fry them from both sides ...
