|Whipping cream (30-33% fat)||250||ml|
|Whole milk 3.5%||350||ml|
1. Cooking potatoes
Brush potatoes, cut into a smaller cubes and put into the salty water to cook. Cook until soft approx. 15-20 minutes.
Mix flour with whipping cream and milk. Pour it into potatoes and cook until it becomes slightly dense.

Add a piece of butter to soften the soup.
