whole milk 3.5% | 1.5 | cup | 350 | milliliters |
Recipe
1. Cooking potatoes
new potatoes 1.3 lb (600 g) • water 3.4 cup (800 ml) • salt 1.5 tsp
Brush potatoes, cut into a smaller cubes and put into the salty water to cook. Cook until soft approx. 15-20 minutes.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.75 oz (50 g) • whipping cream (30-33% fat) 1.1 cup (250 ml) • whole milk 3.5% 1.5 cup (350 ml)
Mix flour with whipping cream and milk. Pour it into potatoes and cook until it becomes slightly dense.

sugar granulated 2 tsp • vinegar 1 tbsp • salt
... add it to the soup and stir, set it aside, add a little sugar and vinegar. Season with salt to your taste.
