Creamy Dill Soup

     

Granny's traditional soup.

1. Cooking potatoes

new potatoes 1.3 lb (600 g)  water 800 ml  salt 1.5 tsp

Brush potatoes, cut into a smaller cubes and put into the salty water to cook. Cook until soft approx. 15-20 minutes.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.75 oz (50 g)  whipping cream (30-33% fat) 250 ml  whole milk 3.5% 350 ml

Mix flour with whipping cream and milk. Pour it into potatoes and cook until it becomes slightly dense.

3. 

dill ¾ oz (20 g)

Wash and chop dill, ...

4. 

sugar granulated 2 tsp  vinegar 1 tbsp  salt

... add it to the soup and stir, set it aside, add a little sugar and vinegar. Season with salt to your taste.

5. 

unsalted butter 1 oz (30 g)

Add a piece of butter to soften the soup.
