whipping cream (30-33% fat)1.1cup250milliliters
whole milk 3.5%1.5cup350milliliters

1. Cooking potatoes

new potatoes 1.3 lb (600 g)  water 3.4 cup (800 ml)  salt 1.5 tsp

Brush potatoes, cut into a smaller cubes and put into the salty water to cook. Cook until soft approx. 15-20 minutes.

all-purpose flour / plain flour 1.75 oz (50 g)  whipping cream (30-33% fat) 1.1 cup (250 ml)  whole milk 3.5% 1.5 cup (350 ml)

Mix flour with whipping cream and milk. Pour it into potatoes and cook until it becomes slightly dense.

3. 

dill 0.75 oz (20 g)

Wash and chop dill, ...

4. 

sugar granulated 2 tsp  vinegar 1 tbsp  salt

... add it to the soup and stir, set it aside, add a little sugar and vinegar. Season with salt to your taste.

5. 

unsalted butter 1 oz (30 g)

Add a piece of butter to soften the soup.
