Cheese garlic soup

Soup for a "flu" time. Serve with roasted rolls.

Recipe
1.
onion 2 oz (60 g) • pork lard 0.75 oz (20 g) • garlic 1 oz (25 g)
Clean the onion, cut it finely and fry it in fat. Add crushed garlic.

potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g) • veggie salt 2 tsp • salt 0.5 tsp
Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Add to the onion with garlic, sprinkle with vegetable salt (Vegeta) and salt. Mix.

semi-hard cheese with 45% fat 7 oz (200 g)
Grate the cheese roughly and add into the light cooled soup.
