Recipe

1. 

onion 2 oz (60 g)  pork lard 0.75 oz (20 g)  garlic 1 oz (25 g)

Clean the onion, cut it finely and fry it in fat. Add crushed garlic.

2. 

potatoes 1.1 lb (500 g)  veggie salt 2 tsp  salt 0.5 tsp

Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Add to the onion with garlic, sprinkle with vegetable salt (Vegeta) and salt. Mix.

3. 

water 1.6 quart (1500 ml)

Add hot water and cook for 20 minutes until the potatoes are soft.

4. 

semi-hard cheese with 45% fat 7 oz (200 g)

Grate the cheese roughly and add into the light cooled soup.

5. 

white roll 2 pcs

Cut the rolls into small cubes and fry dry in a pan.
