potatoes8.75oz250grams

water1.05quart1litre
whipping cream (30-33% fat)1.1cup250milliliters

 

Recipe

1. 

kohlrabi 15.75 oz (450 g)  carrots 8.75 oz (250 g)  potatoes 8.75 oz (250 g)  water 1.05 quart (1000 ml)  crushed cumin 0.5 tsp  salt 1 tsp

Peel and cut the vegetables, put it in a pot, add water, salt, caraway and cook until soft.

2. 

whipping cream (30-33% fat) 1.1 cup (250 ml)

Mix with an immersion mixer, add the cream and boil.
